中国福建东山县华昌食品有限公司创建于1997年，位于厦门和汕头两个经济特区之间的海峡西岸水产品集散基地--东山海洋生物科技园区。现已形成集研发、加工、出口于一体的现代化企业。
公司员工1500余人，建立实施符合国际规范的食品安全卫生管理体系，严格执行GMP、SSOP程序。通过欧盟、HACCP、BRC、HALAL等认证。现有巴氏杀菌蟹肉罐头生产线、鲍鱼罐头生产线、瑶柱丝罐头生产线、冻煮鲍鱼（肉）生产线及精加工水产品生产线；且拥有自主研发中心、检测检验中心、冷链仓储物流。
公司厂区占地面积6万平方米，建筑面积4万平方米，拥有200平方米低温速冻库、1000平方米的冷藏库、20000平方米符合出口欧美卫生标准生产车间及20000吨全自动二氧化碳冷库。
